Our Exchange Policy:
Within 7 days after an order has been delivered, you may request an exchange for it. For the majority of pin codes, we offer reverse pick-up services.
Only the same products in a different size may be exchanged. It cannot be exchanged for a different design in the same product category or for any other item on our website.
White-colored goods are exempt from our exchange policies.
Please be aware that not all of our products are returnable or refundable, however they can be exchanged.
You have the option to exchange any items you ordered from us in the unlikely event that they are not received in good condition, are damaged or defective upon delivery, or differ from what you had ordered, in these cases you can exchange. When exchanging an item, it must be unopened, in the exact condition that you received it, with all of its tags and original packing. The return period for merchandise is 7 days from the delivery date of the products.
